Quality control workflow

Factory pages must show more than images. Buyers need to understand how fabric, fit, construction and packing are controlled.

1. Fabric Inspection

Fabric width, shade consistency, print quality and obvious defects are checked before cutting.

2. Sample Approval

Fit, construction, trims, label placement and packaging details are confirmed before bulk production.

3. Inline QC

Stitching, seams, buttonholes, piping and trims are monitored during sewing and finishing.

4. Final Inspection

Finished goods are checked against size, workmanship, packing, carton marks and buyer specifications.

Compliance and documentation support

For larger buyers, factory compliance and import documentation are often as important as product styling. Beefey supports BSCI social compliance positioning and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric programs, subject to specific order requirements.

For Australian buyers, we can provide Certificate of Origin documentation, including Form FTA where applicable, to support ChAFTA preferential duty treatment. For Amazon and online sellers, we can discuss DDP delivery and FBA warehouse shipment support.
